- To facilitate and manage the technical economic assistance for the socio-economic improvement of Afghan women. To assist the rehabilitation of countless devastated families and the long term educational development of devastated Afghan communities.
- To devise, articulate and develop a practical and comprehensive conceptual framework to address problems of women and families through the Enhancement of the social, legal, cultural and economic well being of the most vulnerable families, particularly girls and women in communities.
- Facilitation of women participation in higher and technical education to enable them for the decision-making level and participate in national building process. Also, empowering and educating girls and women in society as a necessary step for the enhanced and consistent progress of the nation to promote a culture of dialogue and co-existence
- Amicable solution of family conflicts and social disputes through non-violent means, to ensure the physical and mental well being of the women, children and men.
- To participate and cooperate with other organizations and individuals for the purpose of application and completion of activities, research and training programs in the country.
- To endeavor to distribute equitably and through proper procedures, throughout the country, any legal, social, economic and technical assistance provided by government and international sources. So to decrease poverty and focus on the purpose of women?s suffering and the search for women's welfare.
- To make Afghan women aware and develop their knowledge about their legal and social rights and how to achieve them. Through the implementation of a strategic plan establishing learning courses, workshops and seminars to improve women and girls professional fields of knowledge.
- To support and assist Afghan women by seeking financial resources and the implementation of planned income generation projects to improve the living standards of Afghan women.
- To support and advocate for women judicial, legal and social rights through establishment of local committees, such as judicial defiance, family planning, women rights, children rights and human rights in the targeted areas.
- To provide job opportunities for women through implementing the funded projects and programs in different categories according to their knowledge and necessitation.
- To improve women awareness about family violence and other disputes, hygiene education, narcotic hazards, mine awareness and some other existed dangerous environment conditions.
